Return and refund

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with labels intact
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect size (subject to availability)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
