At SLAYCALLED, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with labels intact
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect size (subject to availability)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
